Rolled Fondant 2

Design and create a gorgeous three-tiered wedding cake covered with rolled fondant. You will use a real cake as a top tier. Learn some piping, bows, ruffles and draping effects, edible ribbons, broderie anglaise and brush embroidery. Fundamentals of construction and cake styling will be learnt.
